Easter Books for Children

If you have small children, grandchildren, or a special little person in your life, here are a few of our favorite Easter books you may want to look for this week!

A couple of these books we read all year long!

I am a Bunny was one of the first books John David memorized because we read it so many times!  I think years later, he can still recite it.  You will love the little bunny, Nicholas!
The Country Bunny and the Little Golden Shoes.  Oh, the memories of having this read to me as a child!  It’s the tale of a Mommy Bunny who dreams of becoming one of the official Easter Bunnies.  Originally published in 1939, it has been a family favorite for generations!
The Little Lamb…a sweet classic that my big kids loved when they were really young.
The Tale of Three Trees.  This book is actually a great Easter OR Christmas selection, as it ties in Christ’s birth and death in a creative and wonderful way.
What is Easter? helps explain to little kids that Easter is much more than the bunny and eggs…it is about Jesus!
Snuggle Bunnies.  A darling story depicting baby bunnies getting ready for bedtime!
