Welcome to another What I’m Loving Wednesday! Linking to Little Daisy May with a few things I’m loving this week…
1. My Anthropologie “Homegrown Monogram Mug!”
My brother and sister-in-law gave this to me, and it just makes me happy!
Maddie and I popped into Anthro yesterday, and they are still carrying these adorable mugs. See below for color/monogram combinations. At only $8.00, these are perfect happies, birthday gifts, or teacher gifts!
2. Sherwin Williams “Comfort Gray”
We painted our office-turned-kids-tv-room this past weekend. After lots of research and a few trial colors, I chose SW Comfort Gray. And I love it! It is deceiving blue or green or gray depending on the time of day and amount of light. It truly is “comfort!” Looking forward to pulling the room together to show you!
The photos below are just keepin’ it real…there was very little comfort in the gray on Saturday night (although John David had fun helping). The fourth photo was David’s cry out to Jesus after my hissy fit. Disciplining kids while you painting when you’re tired is not recommended.
3. The Season Finale of Downton Abbey. Oh wait. Not loving it.
I may need therapy. Downton Abbey is fiction. Not real, Amanda. Matthew and Mary are not real. Okay, so I desperately want them to be real. I need to get back to the laundry and the grocery list.
To PBS…not a brilliant idea to ask for our money 23 seconds after such heartbreak. You should have asked us after the wedding.
Have a great Wednesday!

Oh girl we should form a support group! I think of DA that way too, but I was a Tom/Sybil lover! I cried like I knew them when she died!!!! Now we have to wait until January for Season 4!!! NOT FAIR!

I’ve been meaning to buy one of those monogrammed mugs from Anthropologie. They’re so pretty! And Downton Abbey… I’ve heard SO many things about it. First people loved it, and now I hear they’re upset with the ending. I really want to start watching it, ha!

Loving that mug! I just had another friend post a pic on IG of her a mug yesterday! 🙂
Ok, so I cannot tell for sure if the new color is the lighter or darker? I love them both! And I totally get crying out to Jesus while painting. We are tackling our play room this weekend and I dread it Big!!!
I am brand new to Downton Abby. I w

I want to watch for first few seasons so I can figure out who is who.

My husband has a saying in the weirdest, scariest part of a movie. He says “It’s real! It’s real!” I love the series too, even if it is an expensive, dressed up soap opera. I won’t be missing future episodes either. I agree it was in bad taste to think anyone would want to donate money when the best looking guy in the cast clearly won’t be back!

I must say I am mourning Matthew this week and to know, or imagine I know, what Mary and her baby boy will have to go through. This is only a TV show, right?

Hi Amanda! I’m a D.A. avid watcher… with all the hype about Matthew and Mary’s wedding from the beginning, and then NOT showing it, was very disappointing… and now to kill off probably the most like-able character, to me is a BAD move… He knew how to put things in perspective – He was not very rich before, and then he got to see the RICH side of life, so I think he knew the balance. Sad, Sad, Sad.
